BSNL  portal allows you to re-charge/top-up mobiles,landline phones and data card using Netbanking and Debit Card.There is no option for payment via credit card.Here is a way to use credit card for online BSNL recharge and top-up.

Check BSNL portal for updated recharge & top-up schemes  and enter the correct top-up and recharge amount

BSNL 3G Data Card top-up and re-charge @ BSNL portal using Credit Card

1.Go to Oxycash E-wallet

2.Enter your CC Details and an amount greater than the desired top-up denomination(atleast 10 rs greater than the desired top-up amount)

3.Submit and wait for transaction result.Note down the transaction number.

4. If transaction fails due to technical reason,login to e-wallet balance

4.Check your credit card account for any oxycash transactions(Unbilled transactions).If your credit card is charged and there is no balance on oxycash account,claim your Oxycash e-wallet top-up

When oxycash top-up is successful,proceed to BSNL portal

1.Login and choose your top-up or recharge for mobile,landline or 3G Datacard.Enter your mobile number and choose denomination.

2.You got to select the following payment bank option

3.Next,select oxycash payment(pay through cash card)

4.Enter your e-wallet mobile number and password.click paynow
